How do I change my Username and/or Password?
Both your Username and Password can be changed! Click on the 'Parent Portal' link and log in. Click on Account Information in the small task bar at the top.

Type over your displayed UserName and/or Password and click the Update information button at the bottom of the page. It's that simple!
What is my username?password? I forgot them.
On the log-in page of the Parent Portal is a forgot password form. Supply a valid email address that is in our system and allows for password information. Your password will be sent to you at the provided email address and the fun can begin!
Why can't I open this document/PDF file?
We are currently experiencing a few glitches with PDF files. If your document does not open, try hitting the refresh key a the top of your Internet browser. It is next to the address bar. Or you may use F5.
You might need to refresh more than once.
Who do I contact with error messages or logging in issues?
Please email the Technlogy Team (techsupport[at]ighmeadows.org). We will do our best to troubleshoot your issues. It is helpful to take a picture of any error messages that appear on your screen by using the Print Screen key typically found on the right-hand side of your keyboard. After hitting this key you can right-click and paste the image into the body of your email. Please provide specific information about which page you were trying to access and what error message appeared.
